- Must replace a combustible water heater.
- Must have an energy factor of 0.81 UEF or more.
- Efficient Tank Size (Gallons) must be less than or equal to 55
- The applicant must be a residential account holder of SEMCO ENERGY Gas Company at the time of equipment installation.
- The application must be received within 90 days of equipment installation date or by December 31, 2025, whichever comes first.
- The equipment must be purchased and installed between January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
- Rebates are available on a first come, first served basis and are contingent upon available program funding.
- Rebate cannot exceed the cost of the energy-efficient improvement.
